Glee star Lea Michele goes behind the microphone as Dorothy in the musical, which will feature original songs by Bryan Adams, Jim Dooley and Tift Merritt.

Seth Engstrom, who worked as a visual concepts artist on Avatar and was an illustrator for Alice in Wonderland, is the concept artist for Dorthy of Oz, which features spectacular backdrops like this vibrant illustration of the China Country Gates.

Tony award winner, Indina Menzel , returns to FOX for another appearance on Glee. Menzel, who is reprising her recurring character of Shelby Corcoran, Rachel Berry’s birth-mother. According to Glee producer Menzel will be on several episodes this season, mentoring Lea’s character. You can watch their duet of the West Side Story hit, Somewhere. Love this! Lea apologized for not signing her autograph at a time when she ran into Hailee on the Paramount lot. It was an accident and she has a busy schedule, nothing directed at Hailee.
Lea said, “I heard Hailee was upset and feel terrible. The a^EUR~Gleea^EUR^(TM) schedule is so jam-packed that the PA probably pulled me so that I wouldna^EUR^(TM)t be late to set. I never meant to hurt her feelings. Shea^EUR^(TM)s an extraordinary talent and I look forward to meeting her one day.a^EUR?
